Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse orders if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or fraud checks fail. Prices are in PKR and may change without notice for future orders.

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in colour, scent, or texture can occur and are not defects. Always patch-test new products if you have sensitive skin.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt fraud, or harass our team. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Luma Naturals is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Pakistani consumer law.
