Where do you ship?
We ship across Pakistan. Rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown on the Shipping page and at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your city.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and prepaid options shown at checkout (such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer). Prepaid orders may require payment proof.
Are your products natural / suitable for sensitive skin?
We use thoughtful botanicals in small batches. Formulas can still irritate some skin types — always patch-test and check ingredients on the product page. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually help before the order is packed; once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
